After a disastrous continuation of 2014 due to a double herniated disc which put me down from end of june till the end of the year and since the Chamonix trip always suffering back pains, I am doing pretty good now. Still feel pain in my lower back daily but at least I can play sports again, went to California last month. Surfed every morning at North Ponto Beach. Moonlight State Beach Encinitas with 6.3 Hayden Rental Board. Too much for my 4.2m sail, too onshore and dangerous.
