Monday, December 3, 2012. Nana, Ruthie and I embarked on what we hoped would be our last trip to Cincinnati for a while. Because by all intensive purposes, Ruthie appears healed and has never shown any sign of respiratory distress or any problems or concerns since her surgery. That is until about 2 days before her appointment. She is so big! Ruthie is curren.
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. He gave me the greatest life partner in my wonderful husband. We became parents through the miracle of adoption in 2010, and then the miracle of childbirth in 2013 and 2015.

Monday, January 12, 2009. Duane and I went up to Carey mid December and had a nice visit with Mother and Dad. Their home looked very festive. Notice the Nativity Scene on top of the entertainment center. Mother painted all of the figures. Mother and Dad enjoying their Christmas tree.
