Drifting in 07

We bought one-way tickets to Hong Kong with no plans or itinerary of any kind. Our trip ended 216 days later in Mexico City. Beloved Turkey, where have you been my whole life? And the best part of all - the toilet was the kind that you can actually sit down on. I must have spent an hour in the there. We traveled through Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq to get to here. And by through I mean in reclining seats at 36,000 feet. And on the exit row I might add. They say Turkey is the Gateway to the East, but for us it is a much welcomed Gateway to the West.

Drifting In Cambodia

Yesterday, after we walked across the border from Thailand to Cambodia, we got on a bus to the ruins of Angkor Wat. The distance is around 110 miles. I guess it was sort of like driving from LA to San Diego. We fishtailed in mud, nearly ran over a motorbike and plowed through water that was knee deep. All that to bring you this video.
