I thought that I could get the best panning effect if I tried to focus on a car from a standstill point. It was much easier to focus and adjust my shutter speed since I was staying in the same spot as opposed to moving around so much like before. This, I think, is my best batch yet. Thursday, April 24, 2014. We continued to take portraits in the style of each classmate and tried to emulate their camera and editing techniques. I raised the temperature of the picture to create her pastel-color scheme and also added the Cross Process effect on PicMonkey. Wednesday, April 23, 2014. The rest of the group photos. Sam did a double exposure-type series. I overlaid 2 different photos of him to make a composite image. Kaeli did street a form of street photography, this one was taken outside in a more natural setting. Ramona also did street photography, although in a little more candid style. Saturday, December 10, 2016. There are two things I like about this photo. I also chose the tallest male in the class and the shortest, which looks pretty cool together. His was fun because it has a normal human model next to a masked one.

I like to highlight small moments that captures emotions of someone, or the interaction of people, or just the simple beauty in something. Therefore, I tried my best to find the beauty in the world in which we see everyday.

Thursday, May 28, 2015. For this last set, I focused on doing either a flow with the flowers in the picture, or using rule of thirds to make the flower stand out and be the center of the photo.
