Tuesday, October 13, 2009. 아버지의 전근을 따라 입학했던 초등학교는 산속 작은 학교였다. 비포장도로를 따라 오기도 했고, 산속에 나 있는 작은 길들을 헤치고 오기도 했다. 엄청나게 먼 길을 걸어서 오는 친구도 있었다. 소풍날 오전 내내 걸었다고 생각했는데, 저기가 우리 동네라고 누군가 말해 깜짝 놀랐다. 감각은 우주를 구성하는 많은 선들을 따라가게 하는 능력이다. 그 점에서 감성은 지성과 대립하지 않는다. 오히려 서로를 필요로 하며, 서로의 도움을 받아 그 선을 추적하게 한다. 감성이 멈춘 곳에서 지성은 감성을 실어나른다. 예를 들어 선물받은 초콜릿은 그저 달콤할 뿐이지만, 그 맛이 실제로 어떻게 얻어지는지는. 상품화의 조각, 산속의 등굣길.
