This web page downwarddeegs.blogspot.com states the following, "Sometimes dancing like a total nerd to yoga music and calling it a yoga practice for that day." We saw that the webpage said " Sure, traditional practice is cool, cant live without it." It also said " But sometimes I set out to practice, and start out solid, but somehow feel like REALLY moving around. So I admit, I love some of that yoga music that some people might think quite silly, and when I want to move around, DANCE around and do yoga-like things, I have no problem calling that my yoga practice, and do! Just kidding."
