Sunday, February 9, 2014. Coconut crusted chicken with Mango Salsa. This is my favorite recipe thus far! Of course I found it on Pinterest and adapted it from Rachael Ray- Love her! To be re-directed to her recipe. I found mangos on sale at Sprouts and since we live right across the street, I walked right over there and picked up a few fresh produce items for this recipe. Coconut Crusted Mango Chicken with Mango Salsa.
Jordon shot an antelope this weekend so that was very exciting. We lasted for two straight hours of church! I am telling you she definitely keeps us on our toes and exhausted haha. We love her so much! Kayla and Jordon Heap. Jordon started the MBA program at Boise State this fall.
For Memorial Day I headed to the hometown. Not sure why, but my family ALWAYS gets together and I love it. It was a fun trip and somethin.

Friday, January 25, 2013. I am a terrible blogger. I have the best of intentions to keep my blog updated for our friends and family who are far away. Life is just so crazy and so busy, and I am neglectful to my little blog. I cant believe 2012 is over! I cant believe this year Ryan and I will celebrate our 5th anniversary, Peyton will be 4 and Beckam will be 2! Too bad that really isnt the case Especially because this winter has been extra painful for me. I can not handle single digit temperatures.CONTENT
