Umm one year later . After a year of not blogging, I thought I might try. Is going to be very shocked. Last month my Dad went to Tokyo, Japan. And I got him to go to tomato for me. tomato is an amazing fabric shop with 6 levels! This is someones blog about her going to tomato.
I sat the tubers on 20 cm John Innes compost and then covered with another 30 cm and watered them. It seems the cellar steps, albeit in semi-darkness, are warm enough to encourage leaves as confirmed by this pot of dahlia tubers lifted and planted last October and just showing. So all in all ther.
Threw a party at a pumpkin patch, timed perfectly to coincide with our visit. I took a whole load of pictures. In the meantime, have a happy Halloween! .

Such a joy to discover Tsundoku - which, judging by the response on Instagram, is a concept that many of us recognise but probably never felt the need for a word to articulate. Working away and travelling for work is not always as exciting and glamorous as it might sound but I quite enjoy going off to different places to teach, especially when I get a chance to explore and learn more about my surroundings. It would have been easy to have written off my recent trip around the M25, knowing I was staying in a Premier Inn located literally yards away from the M20 near Maidstone.
