Merele se dau prin razatoare, se amesteca cu zaharul si scortisoara si se calesc putin pe foc. Aceasta etapa nu am mai fotografiat-o e usor de facut. Dupa ce s-a dezghetat aluatul, impartim cele 2 fasii de aluat in doua si umplem cu merele calite. Cu ajutorul furculitei presam capetele pentru a evita scurgerea sucului din mere. Abonați-v.
