Saturday, March 31, 2018. Adventures in Cooking - - The local way. My homework assignment for ANTH 3200 was to cook a meal from only locally produced items. That was a challenge! I produce a lot of my own food. Yes, we grow a garden. We could live okay off of some of the things we have in storage. Lots of fruit and some veggies.
Monday, February 9, 2015. Found these pics of the grandsons playing on the fire equipment at the American Fork Fire Station. The guys and gals at the station were really good with them and we had a good time. They were kinda shy at first but they warmed up and had fun. Dad gave me some roots of his Hibiscus. Last day of DL passes. Sadly, our passes have expired. And we did the canoes for the first time ever. I have never, in my entire life, done the canoes. It was the perfect day to do them because the weather was overcast and nice. I do believe I have been on every single ride now that we did this.

Saturday, October 5, 2013. Apples, apples everywhere! The courtland apples were HUGE, larger than grapefruit size. When you cut into them they were a bright white and very juicy. I was impressed with pretty much every aspect of my first apple orchard experience. This post is a little late, but hey, better late than never right? I think we all had a fun time.
