Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Last week was the fair here in Jackson. We had a blast! We kicked it off with Liz and Sam entering the bubble gum blowing contest. The rain stopped just in time for Phil to take Liz and Sam to the Rodeo. The night was still young so Phil let the kids each pick a ride . The view from our patio. Friday, July 27, 2012. Thursday, January 26, 2012. So Monday night was my first weigh-in. Before I tell you about the weigh-in, let me tell you about my week. IT WAS TOUGH! Monday after my first weigh-in I went to a Zumba. Tuesday was my rest day, Wednesday was Step! My knees hurt but I felt great afterwards. I think that was my 3rd time attending that class and I know the moves well enough that I can push for more cardio. Friday I made it to the gym after work for 35 minutes on the elliptical.
Just a few more pics before we left the hospital. Jonathan slept a lot while we were in the hospital lets see if he can keep this up at home. This is us getting ready to leave the delivery room so that we can settle in in our recovery room. Richard looks a little tired.

Thursday, September 17, 2009. In saucepan cook zucchini and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes. Combine soup and sour cream. I also add cooked chicken at this point for some more substance.
