I live in the fastest growing city of India. A city where many come to fulfill their dreams , like we did once. When we came to this city , it was much peaceful and quiet than what it is now. But like I said , it is the fastest growing city. My child is not safe in school van with so many other children and a female attendant. My daughter has a school trip next week. And as a mother , I am struggling to deci.

This is a place that I will escape to in order to be far from the daily grind. Yet it will inevitably be a place where I will end up talking about the daily grind. Thursday, July 3, 2008. I love carrying N around whereever I go. Small walks our house in the nice warm summer months, long hikes up the Cascade mountains near Seattle, shopping in the mall. Heck, if these women can climb up and down hills and go about daily chores with their babies on their backs, surely, I can lug N around! Monday, June 30, 2008.
