Ballet is new this year and we are sending her based completely on her new interest in it. She has entered the stage of princesses and ballerinas and all things girly. Coffee, or the active ingredient caffeine, used to be banned in competitive sports up until 2004. I have been taking coffee for a while now, so I have some immunity to the adverse side effects.
