Wednesday, May 14, 2003. I firmly believe in the divinity of Christ, and already posted a Scriptural argument for the divinity of Christ in my post entitled Is Jesus God? In a debate with a conservative Roman Catholic with a Masters in theology, I had stated that the Second Person of the Trinity became a HUMAN PERSON in the incarnation. My opponent maintained that it would be heresy to say the God became a human person. Originally, he tried to base his argument on Thomas Aqui.
Saturday, May 03, 2003. I accept this critique to some extent, especially in demonstrating that the doctrine of the Trinity may have been implicit in the Old Testament. In the New Testament passages I will site, I believe that an exegetical reading can lead to rudimentary Trinitarian belief.

I had plenty of ammunition because I have had similar discussions with Muslims willing to quote the New Testament. I have even had this conversation with some atheists.
