Fue fundada en los años 60 pero es en 1988 cuando la empresa fue adquirida por su actual propietario, Doroteo Hernando Cervero, quien decidió que siguiera trabajando bajo el mismo nombre. Posteriormente se adquirió otro almacén de distribución en Soria, que se sumó al almacén adquirido en San Esteban, de tal manera que la empresa cuenta desde 1993 con dos sedes, una en Soria capital y otra en San Esteban de Gormaz.
