Tuesday, March 22, 2011. I think there is SO much that can be said about my running life since the last posting. During a 18 mile training run on Oct 23 a feeling that had been in my Achilles for a few days went from a slight bother to a run stopping pain. Wednesday, November 6, 2013. It has been a long time since I made an entry. I am still raising money for Team4Hope wounded warriors project. My goals were to finish, finish smiling, in less than 14 hours and hopefully less than 13. Easy to say now but that is the truth. The finish was spectacular with the lights and all of the cheering. The crowds make you feel like a winner.

Wednesday, May 29, 2013. The last time I posted, it was February and there was snow everywhere. Yesterday I arrived home shortly after a rainstorm had passed through town and my house was so full of moisture all the mirrors were fogged up. There was condensation on the glass of all my framed geologic maps. The floor and walls were damp. I slammed all the windows shut and turned on the AC and let it run without stopping for over an hour. Of course, what did I do? .
