Monday, June 7, 2010. So yesterday I experienced true spirit of dedication and friendship. Four of my friends met me at 5 am for a run in the sauna that is Texas in June because it was the only time that I could get in an outside run. It was crazy nuts sticky and awful but still kind of fun because my friends are just that cool. 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate , chopped fine.
In August, I became a doggie-mommy again. I adopted another Golden-retriever mix, who has many Aspen-like similarities. We named her Dixie, as she was found on a Tennessee highway. to represent her Southern heritage and her new Yankee Doodle home. Not a single person asked me WHY I was adopting a new dog. So with a little bit of rebel.
