Sunday, August 9, 2015. There was one morning I went on a run along the trail and got so far up that I saw a few deer. It was a gorgeous view that I wanted to just keep running and never stop. Brent was a sport to do the real camp style with his kids in the tent. To the right is the bunk house that has 4 extra beds and to the left is the shed where the tractor and 4-wheeler are stored. The gorgeous view of the red rocks made it all worth while.

Monday, October 25, 2010. 2 cans diced green chilies. 2 quarts half and half. Salt and pepper, to taste. Tortilla chips and shredded cheese.

Lila turned 4 this week. Sure, she has occasional moments of being a 3-year-old and being demanding or petulant or obnoxious. But they are few and far between. Really the majority of the time she is agreeable, pleasant, funny, charming, sweet and just all around nice to be around. So I try and be patient.
