Thursday, April 24, 2014. Solo CE Trip to Cali. It felt so great to dip my toes in the ocean after that long drive! It had been ages since I had done so. We ate these delectable crab nachos at The Cliffs restaraunt. We did the same thing about 17 years ago when I first came to the area to visit Shannon back in college. I spent two full days at the conference, and then met up with Nat and Ryan and their sweet boys in Laguna Beach again. The tide pools and sea life were astounding! Shannon and her boys.

Whither through a warm hug, a cuddle, or just standing near her. i can smell that scent that i still remember from. When i was a little girl! And especially from our mom! When your sick, you want your mom, if something goes wrong and your feeling down, its that phone call or visit with mom that makes everything thats bad go away. Most of the kids had never played before and were all just learning the game. Some of the highlights were Corbin thinking that being tagged by the catcher was really a game of tag and running all around the diamond trying to avoid.
