Three months since I got a bionic neck. In fact although I had some bad days, some tired days the next few weeks were all better than I expected post surgery. But whilst this week has been very painful on the whole things are improving.

And then you drive another 6 hours back to your vacation. All in the same day. Two of my molars appear to be getting close to touching again, which is very exciting.
From pre-op prep to post-op progress. I feel a strong obligation to write a post today. Because today is the one-year anniversary of my jaw surgery! Of the kiss. Sad times, for sure. And, okay, I complain a lot about it.

This Is Not A Medical Vacation. Monday, October 25, 2010. My new bite is coming along swimmingly. I was prescribed four the first orthodontic appointment, but I went back last week and was reduced to two. Tuesday, October 5, 2010.
Tales of orthodontia, double jaw surgery, and the winding road it lead me down. I Agreed to Orthognathic Surgery. Before going under the knife. I was too nauseated and dizzy to get up from my hospital bed. After several hours my bladder started working again. After that I had to pee constantly due to all the IV fluids. I was able to drink water through a syringe. My lips started to improve.
