A Journey on Four Legs, One Step at a Time. Puppy Raising for Guide Dogs of America. Sunday, October 23, 2011. Graduation Day - Julie and Fenix. Well, I did it! I am a real working guide dog! I have been working hard for the past three weeks, training with my new partner Julie. Everyone says that we make a great team. I am looking forward to sharing lots of exciting times together.

After a full day of sniffing every corner of the yard, chasing all creatures smaller than herself, retrieving the treasured tennis ball and playing with Willow and Murf, someone needed a relaxing, soothing, water massage in the hot tub. Saturday, July 28, 2012. The beach and her tennis ball life is good.
Another major event we having going on at the end of January is our Cabernet for a Cause.
Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Franky-Doodle is a D4D! Especially because there were other puppy raisers there that got to spend time with their dogs, but I was instantly drawn to another dog that I could tell had a Franklin. Like personality, AKA- he was very relaxed. He was huge, and almost white in color. At first I thought it was blogging friend Burgess, but I knew that he was still in training at GDB. But they said that he would be going into a class that started on November 2 nd. For my baby boy! .

Hi I know it has been along time since I blogged, but my mommy and sisters have been busy with soccer and stuff. All the pictures come out so dark. I wanted to let everyone know that I am no longer a puppy in training but I am something called a CC dog.

My pudgy wudgy bundle of joy is going to be a real guide dog. He will not be in the next graduating class but will have an in-home training. I get to see him Friday. Sunday, September 12, 2010.
