It discusses a movement in Pennsylvania in the US to allow parents of stillborn children to have birth certs issued for them. We had a painful time registering the death. And see what you think. It certainly strikes me as unfortunate that the issue is so politicised and appears to be being hijacked by so many other parties.

But the new doctor out here just didnt like it, whatever it was, and went right in there to get it.
