Friday, December 30, 2011. So Long, 2011! As the year comes to an end I would like to do a recap of my year. REALLY I do! This year I stepped out of my shell a bit and not only learned to crochet using graphs as patterns, but I also wrote my first 2 patterns. The first one that I wrote was for the Seahawks blanket I made for my nephew, Noah. This pattern has been on Ravelry. Sarah and I at IHOP.
My magical world of knitting, crochet and yarn. Friday, September 18, 2015. Back in April of 2014 I found this Eddie Bauer sweater at the thrift store. The yarn was a mixture of Linen, cotton and polyester, which gives it a nice drape and sheen. I unraveled it in to many little balls of yarn after which I moved back to the east coast. My car was totaled, then new cars.

And lastly on Friday, we visited Willowmead Alpacas. I really enjoyed the whole trip, but going to Willowmead Alpacas was something of highlight for me! Many thanks to my Auntie, who having visited it with her knitting group recommended making a visit there.

Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Where is the year going? Time seems to be speeding by, not that I am old - but they say it goes quicker the older you get . it does. I have a few finished objects to share. I have been quite monogamous with my knitting lately. This was a KAL last year focusing on peace in your life and the world. Friday, November 04, 2011. A middle school boy has been suspended for hugging a female classmate. It was clearly an innocent hug, no hanky panky. A long time ago, a girl blogged. It has been over a year- wowzers! Currently, the kids have gotten larger and the Hubby even more handsome.
