Add 2 cups flour with proofed yeast and mix well in Kitchen Aid or with a dough hook. Add additional 2 cups flour and salt, knead until smooth. Cover bowl with saran wrap. This is the shortest yet most exciting post I have ever written. Are you ready? Here it goes. I have lost 21 lou ds and 24. 5 inches in 3 weeks! Mom Has lost 23 pounds and 12 inches in 3 weeks. We are so excited! And yes we are planning on going to the general assembly. In fact I plan I. my own car and a bunch of new clothes because what I wear now will be way to big.
