On October 7 and October 8 we will hold our 7th semi-annual Quilt-in. Members of the Del Norte quilters welcome 80 quilters and prepare a lap sized quilt top kit ready for sewing, Instructions are given by Barbara Gary. We gather about 845 and after cookies and coffeetea, we start sewing the precut pieces together and by afternoon have a nearly completed quilt top. Friday, April 20, 2012. Saturday, July 7, 2012. Sunday, May 13, 2012. The middle of May has arrived already! And today is the special day for all mothers. I have been so blessed to have my children. They are wonderful adults and I am so proud of them all. And of course, they are the source of my grandchildren and great grandchildren. I received wonderful pics of granddaughter Cassie this week.
