Thursday, 18 August 2011. My not so little bundle of joy is here! Delighted to announce that Campbell David was born on 8th August - only 15 days late and weighing in at a very healthy 8lb 14oz! Had a bit of a tough time as he was back to back and didnt want to get his head in the right position. Eventually born by c-section and Im pleased to say my hips are holding up brilliantly. Thursday, 5 May 2011. Will keep you all posted as to how things progress. Thursday, 27 January 2011. My consultant is deli.

My UK Hip Story

The story of my hip dysplasia,and the Periacetabular Osteotomy Surgeries to correct it. Thursday, 17 January 2013. A new challenge for the hips. I am now 3 yrs 8 months post RPAO, and 1yr 5 months post LPAO. After a brief xmas break, followed by a bout of flu I am now building up again running 3-4 miles 4 times a .
