Storm chasing, April 17. Last night my wife and I drove around taking pictures of storm clouds. I kept looking for the dramatic, about-to-be-ugly-and-tornadic clouds, but it wasnt that kind of storm. My wife kept remarking about how the sun was coming below the clouds. This one took two exposures and quite a bit of blending, but Im glad I listened to her. This is my favorite shot of the evening. Looking at the GPS, we realized we were close to Walburg, TX. It was a good day. Here are two of my favori.
