WW 12 Week Challenge. Friday, July 11, 2008. Well I lost 2kgs this last week.I was so happy cos I thought for sure I would have gained weight. Monday, July 7, 2008. Well the weekend blow out was not as bad as I expected it to be. I ate all the right things.well except for chinese dinner on Sunday night but besides that I stuck to core plan foods and drinks.
