Wednesday, July 8, 2009. This is my youngest son. He is rather pleased with himself or should I say with his new purchase. a hat! Anyway, I will no doubt post some photos of the night so keep your eye on this space! A card for Anne. Last Monday when we got together for a Stamp Club with Deb and Carolann. It was nice to bounce ideas off each other and to discover new techniques from Debbie.
Sunday, November 1, 2015. One of my all time favourite stamps is the Swallow Tail Background Stamp, and in this card I have combined it with the Dictionary Background and Gorgeous Grunge Stamps. The sentiment is a very old one but worked perfectly with this card. The colour combo is Pink Pirouette, Early Espresso and Soft Suede. Wednesday, March 2, 2016. This lovely calming photo is the inspiration for two cards I made this week. I had thought to go off into a dreamy haze of greys and blacks, maybe with a hint of bling, but instead I went to the golden end of the spectrum for both. Wonder what other people created this week? This card took several weeks to complete, my time management skills at the moment are all out of sync. I have made this to add to the cllection for sale in aid of Macmillian. Inside view of card of which I repeated the sketch to compliment thr front of the card. This lovely Whiff of Joy image was coloured using Promarkers and carefully cut out.
