Monday, March 14, 2011. Weekend of the Hot Dog. We made a strategic decision to try and avoid the mania on the national mall and anything surrounding it. Due to time constraints, my husband was working, we drove up Pennsylvania Avenue to find a place to eat on Capitol Hill. Some of you may have read that I had eaten a delicious kobe beef corn dog the previous day, so upon realizing we were at a hot dog joint, I immediately had high expectations!
