So its the end of the year, finally handing all my work in tomorrow. I have learnt so much from this course over the past year and i am so happy with my progress, there has only been a few problems over the past few months, nothing i cant handle, but anyway onward with the summer fun and creating a book! All work and NO play.
Well today was pretty boring not much to write home about i was told yet again how bad my strategy lines were but i would choose to push bamboo splinters up my nailbeds because it would be less painful and there would be no critisism. The end of the year. I have had a fricking awesome first year in Newcastle, its been good to be back. Studying advertising has been great, ive learnt loads about new adverts and how to present and put my work forward.
Over the summer I plan to meet up with Ross so we can make a start with our campaigns that will form our book. I am also going to start adding to my visual reference file because I will be travelling a lot over the holidays and will be able to gather a wide range of different things that may help spark off a good idea next year. I have developed a great understanding in my digital skills and have been able to apply this to my creative work. I have seen a difference in quality of my work since learning the new skills, this will also help in my portfolio work.
