After finishing high school he enrolled for a summer semester at Brigham Young University, after which he served an LDS mission to Indianapolis, Indiana from Sept. Upon returning home Garlan re-enrolled at BYU where he studied Communications and Business. Friday, March 5, 2010.

In June we went to California with my family. It was awesome, my parents rented a house down the street from Disneyland. We are lucky to have parents that pay for us to go on vacation with them. On May 19th my brother Landon returned from his 2 year mission in Ventura, CA.

We went a week and it was negative. Today it got up to like 12 it was nice. The kids are doing good in school and are having fun. So just a short update of the holidays. Friday, July 23, 2010.
