Wednesday, October 29, 2008. About a year ago Wannabe. Posted about her favorite etsy shops and feeling the mood to browse, I clicked through the list of shops she recommended. I immediately fell in love with Plucky Knitter. Anyhoo, it was with much delight that I got to meet both Ms. Plucky and Wannabe at the NYS Sheep and Wool Festival. In fact, our initial meeting was much like the picture above.
Saturday, September 27, 2008. Long time no see my dears. Blimey what a year! I finished my teaching qualification successfully this summer but ended up having a slight career change due to illness. I have developed a severe allergy to teenagers and the more chavtastic they are, the more intense my desire to run from the room screaming. As you can see my alternative career choice keeps me incredibly busy. The project in my hands is Juno Regina.

Na prahu tvojich dverí stojí duch a ty si presvedčená, že ťa klame zrak, že to je len trik svetla, ilúzila. Žeby bol skutočný - videla si ho obrátiť sa v prach vlastnými očami pred viac než storočím. Ale vyzerá presne, ako si ho pamätáš. Nie tak, ako vyzeral chvíle pred svojou smrťou - vysoký a božský, naplnený silou duše jeho mŕtveho súrodenca - Chary - a ubitý žiaľom.
No tak co na to říct. Pro začátek asi to, že James Dashner je skvělý spisovatel, o čemž nás mimochodem přesvědčil už svou trilogií Labyrint, ale přesto jsem od jeho čtvrtého dílu, který nám má objasnit všechno a zodpovědět všechny otázky, které jsme si během čtení celé trilogie pokládali, čekala naprosto něco jiného.
