Zondag 8 maart 2015. Jogging, face care and studying. These two days Ive gone jogging in the morning and it felt so good! Normally I hate sports but I wanted to work on my health and get in shape so I thought of trying it again and it went better than I expected. Normally I get tired after like 2 minutes, but I ran very very slow and it worked! I was able to jog for 30 minutes with only one 2-minute walk break. Ive also been studying for 2 days and Im finally done with chapter 4! Donderdag 5 maart 2015.
