Je kunt als volwassen meisje of vrouw met meer discipline meer bereiken en het leuker hebben. Discipline klinkt braaf maar het stelt je ook in staat om te doen wat je echt zou willen. Wie wil dat niet? Straf kan een positieve invloed hebben. De ontvankelijkheid voor straf verschilt per persoon. Straf moet even vervelend zijn maar heeft veel nuttige effecten. Straf is een consequentie van je eigen keuze. Daarom moet je bevestigen dat je 18 of ouder bent.
