Mir geht es sicherlich wie vielen, ich hatte schon immer vor, das vielgepriesene Yoga in mein Leben aufzunehmen, mir fehlte aber bisher meistens die Zeit, ein geeignetes Yoga-Studio inklusive geeignetem Yoga-Lehrer zu suchen und dann auch noch regelmäßig an den Unterrichtsstunden teilzunehmen. Den inneren Schweinehund kennt sicher auch jeder, bis man sich erst mal ausgerafft hat, findet man eh, dass es schon viel zu spät ist, das Haus zu verlassen.
