A lifestyle dedicated to fitness, health and happiness. I wanted to share the last of my workouts from last week. Finished with some legs, abs and nice long run. I was kind of all over the place- most of the time I plan out my workouts but since I was trying to get as much in as possible I ended up just going with the flow and training whatever I was feeling at the time.
