Monday, December 5, 2011. On December 23, 2010, my two brothers and sisters-in-law presented me with a precious female Maltese puppy - she was 3 months old and just adorable! A month prior to this, my 13-year old Maltese, Mali, had died and I was still in a state of extreme grief. How wonderful to have a new fur-baby to love and pamper! Because Candy had only had a week here before we left, she was unfamiliar with the area which made me even more anxious and upset! .
My attempt to slay the inner critic and produce art that is fighting to get out. Thursday, July 17, 2014. First we worked a lovely puzzle that we bought at the Toy House. It was a little expensive, but what great quality! She wanted to draw a castle, so we searched in Google Images and found a lovely one called Blaise Castle. We both did our best to sketch it. Sunday, June 15, 2014. Sorry, Ive been absent from my blog for so long. Ive gotten little caught up in yard work and maintenance but we are moving right along. Weve rebuilt a fence and have more to do. Also, refurbishing our little garden shed. Thanks to son 2, we have the lattice replaced and I have to stain the shingles and paint the trim this week. I took a fun watercolor plein air class, last week. I love it and the colors are perfect in our living room. The girls loved it.so did the adults!CONTENT
