Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Today after work I saw a couple dogs roaming around without a leash. No big deal in Yellowknife. Later, I went for a bike ride, and saw the same two dogs quite far away from where they were before, still no leash, and still with no owner in sight. So I decided to see if they were friendly.
