My culinary quest to eat healthy EVERY day! Breaded tilapia and veggies. My tilapia crush continues, and this time I added breadcrumbs! Simply dip tilapia in light olive oil, and then dip into a bowl full of breadcrumbs mixed with italian herbs, salt, and lemon juice. Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes!
