Friday, June 28, 2013. Now that the weather is getting nicer in Fredericton, I am noticing more and more cyclists on the roads. Riding your bicycle on the sidewalk is actually not allowed. It can be very dangerous for pedestrians, especially on the busy streets in the downtown core. You may even be issued a fine if caught operating your bicycle on the sidewalk.

I arrived 9 days ago, entering from Banabas in India to Mahendrenegar, at the western end of Nepal, then following the length of the country, arriving in Kathmandu about 8. 15 a couple of nights ago, 2 hours after dark and in the rain! Mine hosts are really kind; I appreciate staying in a home; I lo.
