Saturday, November 09, 2013. On 28th October I finally finished C25K with a 30 minute jog around my local park. Could start off walking before easing themselves into the plan. I read that a common mistake novice runners made was to go too fast, and that it was best to go at a pace where you could comfortably hold a conversation. Last year I was so out of breath I could barely bre.
So I recently when with a few of my family members to see Oz the Great and Powerful. It was actually an enjoyable film. Her and Justin Timberlake in Friends with Benefits are great. The three shades light, medium and dark. So my verdict on Fake up is that its amazing.
Jag har fått en hel del mail och förfrågningar om varför jag inte skrivit här på bloggen på länge. Saken är den att jag under 2014 lagt det mesta av mitt fokus och min energi på att starta upp FeTT Magazine. Tillsammans med Christina och Ann-Charlotte. Thursday, August 4, 2011. A few weeks ago, my friend Christine came to Ajax for a Saturday morning breakfast. Our choice for a delicious, nutritious breakfast spot? Why, Cupcakes Canada. We were so hard-core that we got there before they even opened and had to sit on the curb before we were let in. We had such a hard time deciding what to get, everything looked so fresh and yummy! We ended up with 4 flavours to sample and share between us. 3rd place goes to Classic Coconut - Mada.
