Friday, July 3, 2015. We had a great week! Cade left for Camp on Sunday and it was just me the H-man during the day. He really missed his brother, so I tried to do a few special things to keep him busy. 1 Monday, we had a mostly chill day and then headed to the pool for a little bit. 2 Tuesday, the weather was pretty yucky so we worked on a few projects. Saturday, July 18, 2015. As I mentioned in the last post, this Christmas season was by far the most fun! Caleb was old enough to really enjoy all of the activities and we started a lot of fun traditions that we can hopefully carry forward. Like making reindeer sandwiches for lunch on Christmas eve . Wednesday, August 12, 2015. I started with Trampa mat from Ikea. I really wanted this mat to be simple and to look like a sign that was stenciled by a farmer at his pumpkin patch. I used simple stencils, some that can be found at dollar stores, craft stores, or supercenters. Once I decided how I wanted the wording, I just used latex craft paint on the stencils. I love to cook, I love to eat. not always fancy, but always good. I cook almost everyday, many meals are designed to carry over for a day or more.
