I am sitting at my desk on this March morning, waiting for the third nor-easter to hit Connecticut. Beginning April 10th, Cucina Casalinga will be closed for three weeks, while Gina travels in Italy and my husband and I take a barge trip on the Rhine River to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! After our return, Spring flowers will be in bloom! Monday, April 9, 2018.
