At CrossFit Ruston, we are focused on training our community in proper movement and proper eating, with a focus on life-changing results and improving our health. We run, jump, row, perform calisthenics, lift heavy objects, compete, and have fun all with the goal of helping every member reach their greatest fitness potential.
