We started our walk from Hawkshead and our first objective was Latterbarrow. It is only 803 feet in height and involves just 500 feet of ascent but I was struggling. I think the effect of the 12 mile walk I did a couple of days ago was still in my legs. I was soon trailing behind. My excuse was that I had stopped to take photographs. We now had an easy couple of miles along the shoreline path to Belle Grange where we picked up a pat.
