Friday, December 30, 2011. So Long, 2011! As the year comes to an end I would like to do a recap of my year. REALLY I do! This year I stepped out of my shell a bit and not only learned to crochet using graphs as patterns, but I also wrote my first 2 patterns. The first one that I wrote was for the Seahawks blanket I made for my nephew, Noah. This pattern has been on Ravelry. Sarah and I at IHOP.
Monday, September 7, 2015. They said there are some people that want to hear what I have to say. Or maybe it is my weird sense of humor. After all I have used comic strips in the past to make a spiritual point. Whatever the reason, I did have a moderate following on my blog before. Why? One big reason was parenthood.

Thursday, June 27, 2013. I came across some adorable knit booties. The other day but there was no pattern attached to the project listed in Ravelry. So I asked the maker if there was a pattern some where. She responded with the pattern and told me to have fun! Cast on 41 stitches. I used the long tail cast on. Knit 41 per row. Knit 18, SSK, Knit 1, K2TOG, Knit 18 39. Purl 17, SSP, Purl 1, P2TOG, Purl 17 37. Knit 16, SSK, Knit 1, K2TOG, Knit 16 35. Purl 15, SSP, Purl 1, P2TOG, Purl 15 33.CONTENT

Friday, November 5, 2010. Another pattern I found in my Heirloom Afghans book. This pattern utilizes V stitches, Double V stitches, and Single Bead Crochet stitches, all very simple.
