Thursday, January 30, 2014. Just wanted to quickly share with you all the mini quilt I received from Amber Crawley of Simple Love. It is so perfect for me. You all know how much I LOVE Carnaby Street by Pat Bravo, right? Well Amber was so sweet and made me this great little doll quilt using my favorite line as the main fabric. It is so me, and so pink. What will inspire you to create today? Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Birthday Month Come and Gone. Most of the blocks in the quilt were made through a Circle of Geese Swap on Flickr. I made a few of them to round out the number. I then took a class with my friend Janet Houts. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out. Flowing in the love and wonders of Abba, Jesus and Holy Spirit. I was reading an English essay on the subject of forgiveness by one of my students. He started writing about Jesus, and it was very rare that I have students cite Jesus in this English class at a secular community college. I put a response to this student and, now, to anyone else Christian or not, who has never heard the gospel.
