Humiliation and Keeping A Cool Head Despite Of it. How does your body react to humiliation? For me, I feel my body go warm, my face go red and tears start to well in my eyes. In my mind, I feel like I am victimized. That I have been singled out for some unfair reason. As is appropriate in any other situation, it is important to keep a cool head. Watch your tone, modulate your voice, be aware of your body language and remain calm. Unfortunately, I almost let myself go. So comes the most hum.
