Tuesday, March 24, 2015. From the Artistic Effects CD. Hello everyone, I am back with two lovely techniques from the Technique Junkie Artistic Effects CD. There are 40 techniques on the CD using Gelatos, Goosebumps, Gesso, Distress Stains, and Resist Sprays. you can purchase the CD here. My first card uses the Gesso Frames Tutorial. This is a very simple technique with lovely results. It comes together in a flash and can be used as a last minute card for any occasion.

Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Oh, the Poppy Bouquet. I have to say, this is one of my favorites from the www. It is pretty with all of the coloring mediums I have tried on it, and very versatile. Last week several of the Technique Junkies Designers colored it as a background, so I decided to show you today what it looked like fussy-cut. I hope today fills you with inspiration! Tuesday, June 2, 2015. I spent this past weekend coloring with my nephews. It was so much fun. I colored up this sweet Saturated Canary image with copics. The background was done using stamps, clear embossing powder and ink. I quilled flowers to go on the front of the card. Thursday, April 9, 2015. I am entering this into the challenge. Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Do you ever amaze yourself? I used an oval Nestie and then stamped the pop corn image. I used Copics to color the entire popcorn image and the tickets, which were then hand cut. The popcorn bag is just a piece of tag cardstock distressed with two different inks, crumple and edged with pinking shears.
